Sarah helped our senior staff with management and HR training. All feedback from staff was positive and I'm sure it wasn't just because of the chocolate rewards used in some of the exercises! Matilda really knows her stuff (as I'm sure all of the team do - we've just dealt with Matilda a bit more) and has a way of breaking it all down in to manageable chunks.Very friendly, and easy to approach, even with the elements of HR that are less nice.I have, and will continue to, recommend Loates HR 🙂

My husband was having some issues with his previous employer relating to the funding of his apprenticeship. Sarah's knowledge of employment law, apprenticeships and employment contracts meant we had all the information we needed to put the matter to bed quickly and amicably.
